The network was founded in 2024 to promote the exchange and cooperation of researchers (not only) in European countries. The set-up phase of the Career Lead network (09/2023 – 08/2024) is supported by the European Union as part of the Erasmus+ project “European Scientific Network for Career Learning and Education – Career Lead” (grant number 2023-1-DE01-KA220-HED-000161202).
